As a photographer, I have come to realize that the journey of creation is inherently tied to the tools we choose and the perspectives we adopt. The challenge lies not only in mastering the camera but also in breaking free from the constraints that can come with it. While high-end equipment often tempts one with its promise of quality, I have discovered that compelling photographs can emerge from the simplest devices, such as the phones in our pocket.

Early in my artistic journey, I likened my camera to a paintbrush, with the world serving as my canvas. This metaphor fueled my desire to express myself through various lenses, different viewpoints, and changing technology. My exploration led me to experiment with an array of analog cameras, each offering a unique lens through which to view the world. This adaptability has enriched my creative process, demonstrating that multiple tools can contribute to a singular narrative.

This series of photographs embodies my quest for artistic expression. It showcases the diverse perspectives I've encountered, reflecting my evolving understanding of what it means to view the world through an artistic lens. Each image serves as a testament to my journey, encouraging viewers to seek their own interpretations and sparking a sense of curiosity about the stories behind each frame. I want this series of photographs to represent the diverse body of work I was desperate to create, a body of work that inspires a bit of curiosity, and most importantly how I see the world as an artist. - NR
